安妮（艾琳·奎因 Aileen Quinn 饰）从小在孤儿院长大，在那里，她和其他的孤儿们一样，必须为凶狠蛮狠的汉妮根小姐（卡罗尔·博内特 Carol Burnett 饰）工作至深夜。沃尔巴克思先生（阿尔伯特·芬尼 Albert Finney 饰）是一位亿万富翁，他决定从孤儿院中挑选一位孤儿，邀请他来家中做客，安妮成为了这个幸运儿。

Her seemingly hopeless situation changes dramatically when she is selected to spend a short time at the residence of the wealthy munitions industrialist, Oliver Warbucks. Quickly, she charms the hearts of the household staff and even the seemingly cold-hearted Warbucks cannot help but learn to love this wonderful girl. He decides to help Annie find her long lost parents by offering a reward if they would come to him and prove their identity. However, Miss Hannigan, her evil brother, Rooster, and a female accomplice, plan to impersonate those people to get the reward for themselves which put Annie in great danger.

快乐的歌舞片，可爱的小安妮。
一般
完成度挺高的歌舞片。小姑娘自然而然使人联想到秀兰·邓波儿，到底还是缺了那么一点灵气。
小学时候排练同名话剧，老师让看的，借此还学会了《NYC》和《tomorrow》两首歌
比后来的罗伯·马歇尔的版本更可爱一些

john huston真的是世界上最nb的好莱坞行货导演，每个年代都能拍出符合当时时代思潮的商业片

影片改编自70年代音乐剧Annie，小女孩有点浮夸，没看前就早已被各种影视作品普及了<Tomorrow>和<Hard-knock life>， 1933年美国时值大萧条，Republican百万富翁收养了孤女安妮去见Democratic总统FDR和妻子Eleanor，时代背景显得格外重要。
