睡了前半场。挺同意印度妹纸提出的一个观点：发展中国家的市民更能就环境问题达成共识，因为环境污染就在身边并且出现在生活的方方面面，而对于发达国家的大多数人来说，环境问题并不会每天都看到，为环境问题努力更像是在做慈善。
