Interesting topic, poor representation
确实有一点十二怒汉和JFK的混合观感。这部片也算是揭开了印苏关系鲜为人知的内情。这类涉及媒体和记者的电影是蛮适合媒体专业/从业人员看的。那个Pressitute造词可谓叹为观止。
关于总理生平倒是想到关于上任的影片The Accidental Prime Minister，真相探寻式访谈类似于十二怒汉，按照影片给出的逻辑，之所以可以提出对于Shastri的死因悬疑的质疑，最主要的是印证了印度的domecracy，这难免是在影射当前的大选，实际上和两周前上映的第三部NTR电影有异曲同工的目的，具体内容上更多的是阴谋论，而歇斯底里的争辩不过是假设，影片最后也未予承认什么，只是刺激我这样外国观众的好奇心（一个额外的细节，影片中烟酒有害的镜头标志只有英文提示，这是给海外特供还是特定观众版本？）。当然，影片背后签署印巴停火协定、Shastri突然死亡引起的蝴蝶效应：甘地夫人上台和之后再次印巴战争巴基斯坦分离的历史更为精彩
