The made to order record film taken off in 1933-1934 by soviet stage-directors on the instructions of Turkish president Mustafa Kemal Ataturk narrating about becoming of the new Turkish state and his capital and sanctified to celebration of 10th anniversary of founding of Turkish Republic.
