伽玛（凯文·狄龙 Kevin Dillon 饰）和文森特（艾德里安·格尼尔 Adrian Grenier 饰）是同父异母的兄弟，两人的性格截然不同，伽玛一直想要成名，并且为此费尽了心机，然而，渐渐在人生的道路上获得成功的却恰恰是淡泊名利的文森特，这让伽玛感到十分失落。
特托（杰瑞·费拉拉 Jerry Ferrara 饰）是文森特的管家，忠恳老实的他没有别的念头，只想一门心思的过好眼前的生活。艾里克（凯文·康诺利 Kevin Connolly 饰）是文森特最好的朋友，他时常会给文森特提出些一针见血的建议。阿里（杰里米·皮文 Jeremy Piven 饰）是文森特的经纪人，他常常和艾里克就某些事情上发生分歧。然而，聪明的阿里知道，想要保住自己的职位，他必须和艾里克搞好关系。 In this sitcom, the suddenly risen film star Vince Chase, a 'jeune premier' of humble origins, learns the ropes of the business and the high-profile world of the wealthy happy few in and around Hollywood, but not alone: he brings from his native New York his atypical 'entourage (hence the title), not glitterati or professionals but a close circle of friends since childhood, and his professional agent finds they often make his job harder as the Queens boys not only sponge on the star but also have his ear, so Vince is much harder to counsel. Vince chooses his friend from home Eric as his manager, and LA professional Ari Gold as his agent. Over the course of the Series, they progress from kids from Queens, to actors, to producers and chase the funding and support to try to make the perfect movie for Vincent.

还蛮喜欢这类“do nothing”气的剧集--虽然整体很懒散，一上来就极有化学反应的男仔们每集都为了些玩乐的事情到处折腾，但一季又着实推进了铺垫好的主线（一个项目，一个career change）；可能是Prada印象在先，所以觉得演Vince的Adrian Grenier并不是一个很好的lead，属于卡司里的最弱一环。
一天看完一季系列 雖然夢幻又美好 但還是揭示了娛樂圈很多的黑暗面 但好基友永在~ 然而最不喜歡的一點這劇完全將女性角色寫成物品……
亮点是好多明星客串扮演自己，Ali Larter, Jessica Alba, Jimmy Kimmel, Sarah Silverman, Mark Wahlberg, Larry David, 最后一集甚至还请到了Scarlett Johansson，这算是季终集冲收视的大招儿吧？剧本身没什么意思，词特别贫还没营养，不知道是怎么定位成喜剧的，事实上根本不好笑。
小学时候蹲家看的剧现在回头看卧了个大槽NO LAW TO SEE好么!!!要老命了vince/e,腹黑攻人妻受什么的受不了了!!!!!!结尾那个机场梗萌死了!!!互相暗恋什么的受不了了!!!!get a room啊kiss now啊要女人有毛用啊求你们俩了谁快表白下啊!
Ari每次出场都风风火火，不知道s2 Eric做了Vince的经纪人之后还有没有他~Vince走路什么的很周渝民，我囧~算我眼瞎

最后两集有点意思。还是太梦幻了，现实要残酷得多。。
要说一年前我尝试看过 语言太过猛烈 没胆看下去 现在听着他们讲话 真实舒坦啊
本剧剧情跌宕起伏，充分让你体会到什么叫快节奏的，充满变数的，残酷的竞争社会。友情是主线，这就不可避免的应验了“住在一起的好朋友总有分开的一天”，just like《老友记》。第六季第一集就有这种迹象，并且让我鼻酸不止。
第二集出现jessica alba 和Leighton Meester，第三集出现主持人Jimmy Kimmel，最后一集出现Scarlett Johansson。我爱eric，他是我看这部片子的唯一动力。
虽然不理解奥巴马喜欢看，不过相当适合年轻人
这个什么都不在乎却又最重兄弟的Vince有多迷人 第八集差点哭 啊哈 真希望Vince和E是couple 他俩太默契太般配 太优秀太美好 没有别的女人可以相配
真有够无聊的，还拍了这么多季，就是因为荷里活？还以为后面会有什么内容呢，硬撑看了这么多集，真比浪费时间还无聊啊，看完杰西卡和斯佳丽串完场后再受不了了
一个帅哥靓女的偶像剧，没啥营养。。
