电器修理员KIM Min-kyu曾经入狱，出狱后在监守行为期间主要为街道上的街灯进行修理工作。对他来说，最大的工余娱乐就是到南上大厦的高空吹肥皂泡。可是他最近却有了另一种工余娱乐，就是不停撕去贴在电灯柱上的寻人启事。其中一张就是要找寻二十一岁的JUNG Eun-soo。
贴出寻人启事的是JUNG Da-hye。她锲而不舍，目的就是为了找回弟弟Eun-soo。Da-hye看任何事物都会比一般人深沉。除了找寻弟弟外，她的生活其实都十分自我──需要钱的... Recently released from prison, Min-kyu works as an electrician climbing telephone poles scattered in the dismal Changshin-dong. He notices one day that there is an intruder in his private world. Da-hye has started posting missing person leaflets. Min-kyu begins to remove them one by one. But to his consternation, Da-hye keeps replacing the ones he has removed. Da-hye's only goal in life is to find her missing brother. She lives hand-to-mouth but that is the least of her problems. She is also slowly losing her sight. Min-kyu and Da-hye find themselves drawn to one another by their pain and loneliness to somehow find a way to heal each other.
