这部美食系列,不会太聒噪,也不会靠旁白朗读显得太水,无论是画面,还是对白,都好有信息量,nice documentaries for both eyes and brain.... 侧记如下:1. langoustine 挪威版lobster... 菜场小贩卖羊肺,可以像吹气球一样吹膨胀起来。2.他们竟然有个上海汤包index指南手册 ,排行第一的是喜客来。。。两大外国大厨进厨房才"发现"汤包的汤来自何处。。佳家汤包那家店的老板还能英语沟通,教他俩怎么喝汤,不然舌头都烫没了。🤠
Emeril一脸认真胖嘟嘟蛮可爱,每集陪伴的chef反而更开朗活泼。一到国内气氛就各种卡壳,哎,还好另外那个米国人搞笑“You are being polite, this is radically under season” 我也不怎么爱吃小笼包。西班牙那期第一个简直是baby eel的hell阿..

下饭剧,还不错,就是每次最后都要强行升华…佩服他们有那么多形容词形容好吃的。
并不喜欢小笼包。每次烫嘴。

看得很饿,第二集上海小笼包看得口水直流。旁的还需要想象,这个只要回忆就好了。美食节目不过管中窥豹,这世界可吃可尝的太多了。
