非常热门的主题，美国警察近几年来军队化，使用军队的武装和科技，反恐的话语渗入了警察，几万人口的小镇警长配备装甲车，一整队SWAT频繁出动去平民住宅搜大麻，加上大量弗格森的现场镜头，实在是令人毛骨悚然。但是作为纪录片，实在是有点凌乱，万圣节一样的音乐也太喧宾夺主了，简直是强人所难……

TriBeCa电影节最佳纪录片，美国警察的军队化确实是个关注度不高的话题，叙事有点凌乱但是整体很好，一直很omnious的配乐有点用力过猛的感觉，想起芝加哥南边发生的种种事情，还是引人深思的。
