剧情介绍
蔡琬真（张钧甯 饰）和男友沈浩介（何润东 饰）交往多年，彼此之间感情十分要好。身为编辑的蔡琬真工作很是繁忙，巨大的职场压力下，她不得不将几乎全部的时间都放在了办公室之中。对于女友的忙碌，沈浩介十分理解，并给与了极大的支持，成为了蔡琬真最坚实的后盾。
一只名叫拉里的小狗意外降临到了蔡琬真和沈浩介两人的生活之中，成为了家庭中的一份子，然而，真正能够陪伴拉里的却只有沈浩介，因为蔡琬真实在是太忙了。长此以往，蔡琬真和沈浩介之间的感情开始产生了裂痕，与此同时，拉里病了，它的生命时钟开始了倒计时，在此情况下，蔡琬真会做出怎样的选择呢？ Cai Wen Zhen is an editor of a fashion magazine. Her boyfriend, Chen Hao Jie works from and takes meticulous care of her allowing her to excel in her career but leaving her clueless about real life. By chance, she adopts a Golden Retriever, Li La, which drastically challenges her powerful and furious life. She begins to wake up early, cook and take care of a newborn. In order to give the growing Li La the better living environment, Wen Zhen and Hao Jie moves home and buys a new car. Miss Lin, the director of the magazine causes a massive shakeup within the magazine giving Wen Zhen the opportunity to be promoted to her dream position as Chief Editor. She begins to invest more effort into her work but as her career soars, she devotes more time to her work.

我是一个看到猫和狗就喜欢的不得了，但是不养，养了就得负责，看到里拉最后死了，哭的一塌糊涂，本剧主角是那只狗狗

很温馨的电影
又是一部人与动物的温情电影，中规中矩，还行吧。
只是想找部催泪的电影哭一下，然而并没有哭出来，是他们矫情呢，还是自己无情呢。
电影海报与电影名竟然很完美的对应了耶
狗狗都没有长多大就得了癌症………完全为了悲伤而悲伤………
才知道手机可以这么耗电。基本都是中近景和特写，还不断加滤镜，看得头晕。女主角辨识度好低，何润东是75年的，都40岁的人了，能不能长点心，现在还在接什么戏？！既然是日本小说改编，也别这样硬煽情，学学其他日本狗狗电影如何平平静静把人煽得泣不成声。这片我就呵呵了。
名字应该改成《我和我的狗，男友其实不是那么重要》
日本这类小清新治愈片子一向做得细腻温馨，这次台湾日本合作剧情和画面都很不错，何润东总算不演霸道总裁了反而顺眼多了，属于合格水准，张钧甯加一星。
故事发展飞快，来不及建立人和狗感情联系，对于女主角工作的描写多的离谱，对于男主角的塑造完全立不起来。也就只有张钧甯的颜值得一看再看，
"男人和狗，我都没有"
所以何润东是演狗么？
