2.5星，片名中有巴斯克维尔但是故事并不是巴斯克维尔猎犬而是发生在巴斯克维尔的银额马的故事。。。不知道这种改编有什么意义。。。虽然外形上阿瑟.万特纳似乎和大家印象中的福尔摩斯很相像但是看了几部他演的福片后就觉得儒雅有余锐气不足了，空有外形但是缺乏灵性。。。
人物和地点是《巴斯克维尔猎犬》里的，情节却是《银额马》，同时加入了些原著里没有的情节，Arthur Wontner是最符合原著插图中福尔摩斯形象的演员
把分全部都给Wontner！他简直长神了！不会有人比他更像Sidney Paget笔下独一无二的福尔摩斯！
