剧情介绍
在阳光明媚的日子里，纽约街头宁静的一隅，梅可和乔（渡边明乃 配音）正在讨论该给即将过生日的夏丽送什么样礼物的问题。这时一位老太太前来求助，希望她们帮忙拯救困在树上的猫。两人顺利救下小猫，并刚好得到钱买到礼物。她们来到警察局，找到当初好心收养了夏丽的黑人警察萨姆，却得知不久前纽约市出现了一个无差别连环杀人凶手，这个死人一样狰狞的家伙伤害了数条人命，其中包括天真无邪的夏丽。面对仍徘徊在死亡线上的女孩，乔和梅可义愤填膺，萨姆似乎知晓对方的真实身份，但是因为有政府不可告人的黑幕存在，他空有悲愤却掣手掣脚。
未过多久，连梅可也宣告失踪…… Catch Jo and Meg in their very first adventure, off duty and ready to celebrate! That is, until recent events in New York City deflate their good cheer. Meg's old gang's been broken up, with one in the hospital, recovery uncertain. And the freak responsible is still on the loose, a coward preying only on those weaker than himself. Jo calls for vengeance... and this time it's personal!

画风还可以
爆裂天使的作画和情节都一般，但BGM一直是亮点。PS:英语配音真是蛋疼。

这部是TV的后续。

白亚右月的人设是我看下去的动力+1
没得烧，连男主都没有
和大多数OVA动画一样，比TV版画面精美了许多，但剧情也糟糕了许多，镜头切换、节奏起伏、逻辑性都不咋滴。机体CG部分几乎等于没有了，而百合意味又刻意加强。不过作为TV版的前传，还是交代了一些之前的内容，作为TV版的补完随便看看就可以了。
