A fallen electrical cable zaps Radar the Police Car and grants him special powers, but his new found energy brings new found responsibilities. Radar now has what it takes to stand up to the Badger Brothers; a shady duo plotting to steal and bottle the town's water supply. With the help of his friend, Dottie the Otter, Radar must defeat the criminals to save the town - and the environment!

作为动画长篇来讲还凑活吧，看着挺欢乐，一家人都很开心就好了，再者说这片子还算有点故事的那海狸挺2的，而且我发现片中细节刻画很到位，尤其是那与我朝想象的狗腿子，用超级大悍马来讨好主子，你瞧瞧这多往咱心坎儿里送啊！
