This film reflects on a modern fairy tale where the good fights the evil. Here we see two different aspects of the movie where realism is integrated with poetic fairy tales. A seven year old boy by the name of Marcin,who graves for love and warmth thanks to retired author Mr.Kazimierz ,flees to the land of fictional heroes created by Hans Christian Andersen. Here the screen separates fantasy from reality and for various reasons which cannot be found - Marcin has found safety here. His mother Anna in her late twenties, raising him alone barely makes ends meet. To pay for the rent of a room at Miss Zofia's house she has to work at two jobs. Struggling with the prose of everyday life under the pressure of environment she does not see what is important in life. When she meets Kamil - She sees hope for a better future in her life, but will Anna notice that by doing so - has she chosen the right path ? Sometimes we are lost so much,that the mistakes we make can ever be repaired.
