Suspected to have committed 27 murders, an unidentified young woman approximately in her thirties is admitted for questioning with clear signs of a complete disconnection with reality, evident psychotic tendencies and chronic insomnia. Profoundly scarred, literally and figuratively, disoriented and with a slippery grasp of her identity, the woman known only as "Patient 394" struggles to provide with enough information on her self-inflicted scars in her face as well as the cruel methodology used to unemotionally dissect, mutilate and vivisect 24 of her completely unrecognisable victims. What could have pushed this broken paraphiliac to perform such acts of motiveless malignancy? As the line between imagination and reality blurs, the world will soon know about the otherworldly Overseer, his angels of pain and their demand of flesh offerings from a loyal servant whose name was Torment.

女人尾随男人到家门口。前面黑白的虐杀手段跟《s人的收藏》手段如出一辙，不同的是画面（黑白），拔牙，拔指甲，中间ls，后面有了彩色。女人被抓叙述过程。来回穿插
最后扯肠子的片段居然是黑白色？一星。
