西班牙摄影师何塞·迪亚斯在偏僻山区独自生活100 天，亲密接触大自然，记录下了周围的美景。
The team that it created Cantábrico (2017) presents its new and fascinating adventure: José Díaz is an Asturian businessman from Caleao, a little town belonging to the council of Caso (south-east to Asturias, frontier with Castilla y León), who decides to stand 100 days living on a cabin in the mid of Redes Park Natural, located inside of Picos de Europa National Park (Principality of Asturias, north to Spain), as tribute to his brother Tino, deceased many years ago. In complete loneliness and with four cameras plus a drone to tape all the experience as the only one modern resource, Díaz passes the days traveling across Redes enjoying the sounds of nature and taking advantage to film the wild animal of Redes and its incredible landscapes. Learning to live without electronic technology in the cabin cultivating the earth and getting his own food, Díaz realizes deep and touching reflections to camera about the frenzy and stressful lifestyle of the modern civilization in contrast ...

无人机的大广告啊。其实这么美的景色，谁来拍都美。他虽然呆了一百天，但跟孤独还差的远呢。这个纪录片更像是一个有钱有闲的人带着自己各种摄影摄像设备在森林里衣食无忧的生活了三个多月。
看完百年孤独后莫名其妙的下载了这个，搁置了好长时间才看。终极vlog的形式，镜头太美，极致的安静与孤独和自然万物的动融为一体，百日之后我又是谁。 "我是我灵魂的主宰，掌握着我的命运，我非常的快乐，虽然我确实哭过。我痛苦过、怀疑过、抱怨过，但我非常非常快乐。"
