道英（金智秀 饰）从小在孤儿院长大，最大的愿望就是能得到别人的爱。在收养她的家庭里，感受到短暂的温暖后，小妹妹思月（李荷娜 饰）的出生再次让她感到被冷落和忽视的滋味。几年后，道英在一时的冲动下背着家里人抛弃了妹妹思月。而后，思月失去了一切，在孤儿院长大。
多年后，道英已成为众人瞩目的名主播。可是这时命运却让她与妹妹思月再度相逢，在爱的阳光下，儿时的阴影吞噬着他们柔弱的情感。 Shin Do Young is an announcer who instigates the jealously of all women around her because of her superior looks, great abilities, and great background. But Do Young has a deep, dark secret. She was actually abandoned at an orphanage when she was young but luckily she was adopted by a nice couple. 其实现实生活中真的很多这种，无孩的夫妻领养小孩之后没多久也有了自己的孩子，然后对领养的那个横竖看不惯，好多悲剧由此而产生。

因为“银珠”看的这部剧，女主真的可恨之人也有可怜之处。
