二战之后,日本街头呈破败景象。家庭主妇大和田和子(田中绢代 饰)一面等候参军的丈夫,一面苦苦维持家中的生活。然厄运如影随形,和子得到丈夫伤重身亡的噩耗,为了救治身患肺结核的幼子,她不惜出卖肉体,但不久儿子也病重死去。
在此之后,和子与其所在公司的社长栗山(藤井贡 饰)相恋。栗山私下进行违法勾当,同时与和子的妹妹夏子(高杉早苗 饰)私通。得知一切的和子辞去工作,彻底沦为站街女。令她无法相信的是,丈夫的妹妹久美子(角田富江 饰)亦被骗堕落风尘,而夏子也没能找到期盼已久的幸福……
根据板荣二郎的小说《女性祭》改编。 In the post-war Japan, Fusako Owada lives in the home of her mother-in-law with her baby that is ill while waits for the return of her husband from the war. When she learns that her husband has died and her baby also dies, she moves to another city with her neighbor Kumiko Owada to work as secretary executive for the opium dealer Kenzô Kuriyama. One day, she stumbles upon her missed sister Natsuko Kimijima that has returned from the Korea on the street and she learns that Natsuko works as a dancer in a night-club. Natsuko moves to Fusako and Kumiko's apartment and soon she has a love affair with Fusako's boss. However Fusako is secretly Kuriyama's mistress and upset, she vanishes. One day, a client of Natsuko in the night-club tells to her that he saw Fusako in the Red Light District. Natsuko that is pregnant decides to seek her sister out in the prostitution area. Will she find Fusako?

7.批判现实主义社会问题片。沟口恨男人么,恨女人么。如果恨,恨的也是落后的社会观念及其形成的规则与制度所带来的苦难,这个时代的女人活着就是悲剧,对于悲剧必然性的无可奈何的命运。
近代残酷plus版《青楼姐妹》
描述的是底层那些像吃碎肉的野鱼般的女人们 “承蒙你们的关照” ps字幕错得令人费解
战争对于老百姓来说永远是最残酷的。
旬报第三名。沟口并非一个全能型导演,但他会从社会角度拍各种女性题材。而本片妓女与传统中的艺伎不同,初看还算新颖,但没有铃木清顺《肉体之门》深刻。战后此类职业被称为吉普女郎,虽然沟口镜头发挥稳定,但对于她们的研究明显不足,另一种角度来看凸显出这种职业的兴起如此迅速,是战后女性生活的艰苦所致。
日本战后女性生存实录,这是沟口情绪表达比较强烈的一部,这也是战后几年内世界电影人的一种通病,有种“憋太久了,太多话想说,不吐不快”的感觉。
悲惨的战后日本女性命运,和在片中隐形的,作为被服务对象的美军。从这部电影上映到现在,这么久了世界好像还是没变。世界的规则和权力结构还是主要由男性组成。女人随处可见地被挤到犄角旮旯,与同性抢夺被男人享受殆尽后所剩下的有限资源。
完全看的是英字,TLF的中字简直是灾难。
大社会下的小人物,是导演们最爱的题材之一。想法有,细节处理也做到了,但整体氛围很难让人沉浸其中。
以我的角度来看,很难相信沟口是女性主义者。。把女性塑造成受苦受难的圣母,实在是无言以对
说教味太浓了,只是一部一心表达女性在特定社会中的悲惨生活,要让女性自强自爱自力的电影,但生计靠精神能就维持下去吗?????
1. 从家庭的分崩离析开始,到我们一起回家的念白结束,一方面是对家庭对孩子的渴望,一方面是顽强自立的追求,这种矛盾不单是战后女性的生存难题,也是当下的难题。2. 男权统治社会无处不在。性别的区隔无处不在。3. 废墟和建设中的都市。4. 剪辑上的省略。5. 女性服装和发式,站街女的身体一定要倾斜且有所依附。6. 站街女群头的黑社会性质非常有趣,可以说是自我对身份的不断强化,他们不允许身份的变化,否则自己就变成被道德衡量的对象。这种自我驯化自我规范通常是在违法行为中产生的高度自律。
有些时候人物行为动机很难理解,但是这或许就是时代的隔阂吧。
一团混乱
结尾非常宗教,像是被鞭子抽打钉在十字架上。梅毒是毁灭世界的希望。
