主人公神波亮子从小失去母亲，与父亲相依为命，凭借出众的才能和旁听审判积累的知识，高中时便一次通过司法考试。然而，父亲突然失踪后，她没有追查真相，也未进入法律界，而是孤独地生活着。直到2024年，因偶然的机会决定成为律师，并视胜诉为理所当然。为了赢得案件，她不择手段，毫不犹豫揭露对方难以面对的真相，并对性骚扰、外貌歧视、生殖医疗等社会问题提出了自己独特的见解。
Ryoko Kannami (Shuri) has lived with her father since her mother died when Ryoko was young. With her excellent natural talent and by obtaining vast knowledge by attending court trials, Ryoka passed the bar exam when she was in the 3rd year of high school. After that, her father suddenly disappeared. Ryoko Kannami did not try to find out why her father disappeared and she didn't enter the law profession. Instead, she lived by herself. By accident, Ryoko Kannami now decides to work as a lawyer and joins a law firm. As a person who enjoys playing games, she treats each trial like it is a game. She will use any method to win her case and frequently employs unpredictable and unconventional means. She also fearlessly tackles various modern problems and derives her own unique answers.
